- How do i become a wholesale customer?

- How is your glass sold?
- Our glass is sold by the piece or sheet, when a size is selected the page will show appropriate pricing
- How will my glass be shipped?
- Pickup at out Houston warehouse
- Freight - select at checkout and we will follow up with a quote
- Ground - cheapest shipping option, we will cut down the sheet as indicated on each product page. This is necessary to allow for your glass to arrive to you unbroken
- Can i pull my own glass?
- Only approved WHOLESALE customers are allowed to pull their glass at our warehouse
- How do i view my wholesale pricing?
- Once your account is approved for wholesale purchase you will be able to view your wholesale pricing behind your login
- Will my glass look exactly like the image?
- Although we do our best to ensure our images are the most accurate representation of the glass, each sheet is made by hand. Therefore, minor variations from images are to be expected
- What if the glass i want is out of stock?
- Please reach out via the contact us page, we will update you on the status of restocking the product.
- Can i place a special order?
