Shipping Policies

We have been in the glass business for over 65 years here at Hollander Art Glass. During that time we have learned quite a lot about shipping glass. We have developed the following policies to protect our customers and their products from damage during shipment.

Glass shipped via ground (FedEx, UPS, USPS) will be cut down as follows:

• Oceanside and Spectrum will be cut in half down to 24” X 24”
• Bullseye will be cut in half down to 20” X 17.5”
• Wissmach will be cut in quarters down to 16” X 21”
• Karousel will be cut in quarters down to 15.5” X 19”
• Kokomo will be cut in quarters down to 16” X 16”

IF FULL SHEETS ARE REQUIRED, CHOOSE LTL OR PICKUP AT CHECKOUT. OTHERWISE, GLASS WILL BE CUT AS INDICATED ABOVE.

LTL shipping selected at checkout is not free shipping, we will contact you with a quote for the crate/pallet and freight. If ordering LTL please make sure you are able to handle a glass crate secured to a pallet.

Upon Receipt of your order do the following:

• Inspect your order immediately
• If you suspect damage, you must note the delivery slip and open the package immediately to inspect the contents
• All damage of the contents must be listed on the delivery receipt
• File a claim immediately with the carrier and let us know, we will assist in any way we can

Return Policy

We do not accept item /glass returns, except for correctly documented damaged glass. Please inspect all glass upon delivery and note any damages. If you are picking up, please inspect the glass upon arrival. Refer to our shipping policy for correct damage documentation procedure.

Refunds are permitted if an item is charged incorrectly.
